Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
• Manage and grow social media accounts including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
• Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings
• Create compelling digital content including graphics, copy, and video assets
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.CHAT GPT ) and track ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing in the Home Improvement industry.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CMS systems
• Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
