Own social content, channel ops, and community engagement for client work while coordinating email and website tasks, with tight PM discipline across Trello to keep deliverables in check.
- Social content ownership: plan, create on-brand graphics and copy, and manage calendars across accounts.
- Channel operations and engagement: schedule content, monitor communities, respond to comments, and surface opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Social Media: Support social media planning and content calendar development across client accounts
- Social Media: Develop on-brand content — graphics, captions, short-form video concepts, and copy
- Social Media: Schedule, organize, and manage content within a social media management platform/CRM
- Social Media: Handle community management: monitoring channels, responding to comments and messages, and flagging opportunities
- Social Media: Analyze data and build social media performance reports
- Email Marketing: Help plan and build email campaigns and flows
- Email Marketing: Execute sends and support list management within platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot
- Website: Make website updates and content edits across CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify
- Website: Support landing page builds, product updates, and routine site maintenance
- Project Management & Collaboration: Keep client work moving by managing tasks, timelines, and updates in Trello
