Job Summary

Lead end-to-end social media and video storytelling across multiple platforms, shaping content strategy, production, and analytics for several campuses.

  • Manage daily posting and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Produce and edit video and photo content including short-form reels and documentary-style pieces
  • Oversee paid social campaigns, analytics, and cross-channel content planning with the Director of Marketing

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • - Own day-to-day posting and community management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • - Maintain a consistent posting cadence across all four platforms, with content tailored to each channel's audience and format
  • - Cross-post and reshare content between platforms as appropriate (e.g., Instagram to Facebook)
  • - Develop and maintain a monthly editorial calendar that reflects school events, initiatives, and key moments across all seven campuses
  • - Stay current on platform trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and engaging
  • Video Production, Photography & Editing
  • - Capture and produce a range of video and photo content, from short-form social clips to longer, narrative-driven pieces
  • - Must be fully comfortable operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, external microphones, and standard production equipment for both video and photography. This is not a smartphone-only role; professional camera operation is a core requirement
  • - This role requires strong storytelling instincts. A significant part of the video work will involve short-form documentary-style content: conducting or facilitating on-camera interviews with students, staff, families, and community members and weaving that footage into clear, authentic, compelling stories

Requirements

  • Solid experience managing social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including content planning, posting, and community engagement
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, including paid social campaigns and performance tracking
  • Graphic design proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for social, print, and organizational needs
  • Experience building and managing content calendars
  • The ability to track analytics across platforms and translate the data into clear monthly reporting
  • A self-directed work style. You're comfortable managing your own workflow and don't need a lot of hand-holding to stay on track
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • A portfolio showing range across video (especially storytelling or interview-driven work), graphics, and social content is required with your application.

Preferred

  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
