Job Summary

Own and drive multi-channel marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, including market research, audience targeting, pricing and media planning, while coordinating creative and digital assets to raise brand awareness and demand.

Lead multi-channel campaigns and calendar management
Analyze market data and identify test markets
Collaborate on creative, web, and content assets

Responsibilities

Building brand awareness and social media presence
Planning sales and advertising campaigns
Collecting and analyzing market research data
Identifying potential markets and testing them
Working within various multimedia outlets to promote a product.
Design of ad layouts
Developing and following a marketing schedule
Performing the tasks required to meet overall marketing strategies.
Identifying potential customers
Organizing focus groups for clients and companies

Requirements

Associates Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Minimum 2-years marketing / graphics experience
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and all Social Media Platforms
Project Management
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Able to multitask.
Strong Organizational skills
Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible and dependable
Experience in the Cosmetics/personal care industry desired but not mandatory.
