Job Summary

You will own and optimize Bleuwave’s digital marketing programs across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, SEO, and lead nurturing, while tracking performance and driving ROI.

  • Own campaign strategy and optimization across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and Local Services Ads.
  • Improve lead quality, lower cost per lead, and boost conversions.
  • Provide monthly performance insights and recommend growth opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Google Ads campaigns.
  • Create and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Manage Google Local Services Ads.
  • Improve lead quality while reducing cost per lead.
  • Continuously test audiences, messaging, and creative.
  • Maintain and improve the company website.
  • Create landing pages and promotional pages.
  • Improve SEO and local search rankings.
  • Monitor Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Manage ServiceTitan marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience managing Google Ads.
  • Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising.
  • Experience managing WordPress websites.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
  • Experience using Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience with ServiceTitan.
  • Experience in the home services industry.
  • Experience with Local Services Ads.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve marketing productivity.
