Drive end-to-end digital content and e-commerce marketing, owning shoots, social, and site assets.

Own end-to-end shoots: concept, casting, direction, and delivery.
Must-have: 3–6+ years in digital marketing with a strong photography portfolio.
Standout: Full ownership of budgets and production timelines.

Photograph all e-commerce product shots and location/lifestyle shoots.
Plan and execute shoots end-to-end: concept, location scouting, styling, shooting, and editing.
Coordinate and direct models, handling scheduling, casting, and on-set direction.
Retouch and deliver final assets optimized for web and social.
Own the Instagram content calendar — plan, shoot, edit, and publish.
Create feed posts, Reels, and Stories that grow our audience and drive engagement.
Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on what's actually working.
Keep a pulse on trends and bring fresh ideas to the table consistently.
Keep the e-commerce site updated with fresh imagery, accurate product pages, and on-brand copy.
Manage seasonal updates, promotions, and landing pages.
Track site performance (traffic, conversions, bounce rate) and flag opportunities to improve.
Own the marketing and production budget — plan it, track it, and report on it.
Source and manage any external vendors or freelancers when needed.
Build shoot schedules and keep projects on time and on budget.

3–6+ years in digital marketing and content creation, with a strong photography portfolio.
You can shoot product flat lays and on-figure e-commerce shots as well as lifestyle/location content.
Confident directing models on set and getting the most out of a shoot day.
Deep understanding of what performs on Instagram and e-commerce product pages.
Proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop (video editing skills a plus).
Strong project management skills — you keep shoots organized and deadlines met.
Experience managing or updating an e-commerce site (Shopify, Squarespace, or similar).
Self-directed and resourceful — you don't wait to be told what to do next.
