Job Description

Responsibilities

Creative Content & Design: Utilize your graphic design background to create high-end visual assets for social media, email, and the web.
AI Visual Strategy: Lead our AI content initiatives. You should be expert-level at prompt engineering (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.) to create realistic, brand-aligned imagery that scales our creative output.
Email Marketing: Design and manage high-converting flows, automations, and weekly newsletters.
Social Media: Lead organic and paid social strategy, focusing on high-engagement visual storytelling tailored to a US-based audience.
Shopify Management: Maintain and optimize the website for a seamless customer experience.
SEO: Execute keyword research and on-page strategies to increase organic search rankings.
Analysis: Track key metrics to refine strategy and report on growth performance.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, Social Media, Graphic Design, and Shopify management.
Proven ability to create professional, aesthetically pleasing layouts and digital assets.
Experience in AI prompting for image generation and a vision for how AI integrates into a modern marketing workflow.
Understanding of US consumer trends, culture, and "vibe" to ensure brand messaging hits home.
Proven track record with Shopify-integrated apps (e.g., Seguno/Klaviyo) and SEO best practices.
Ability to turn data into actionable marketing wins without losing the creative spark.
