Coordinate production assets and publishing to keep the website, decks, and calendar up to date.

Own asset intake and weekly updates for website, social, and sales materials.
Must-have: >1 year in marketing/creative agency/production environments.
Standout: Proficiency with Adobe Suite and familiarity with WordPress CRM, Vimeo, and Google Workspace.

Coordinate with post-production team for new work deliverables, pull high-resolution stills, prepare versions for website and socials.
Maintain the master organization of Google Drive and Vimeo libraries to ensure all assets are ready to share.
Keep up with photographers to retrieve edited deliverables from shoots after production wraps to display on the website or sales materials.
Execute regular updates via WordPress CRM, maintaining the latest sales hero reels, capabilities decks, and new work.
Prep portfolio presentation links for newsletters and new work emails sent to sales reps when new work is released.
Maintain and update the master marketing calendar with social posting dates, award deadlines, industry events, and other notable reminders.

>1 year of experience in a marketing, creative agency, or production company environment.
Proficiency with the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom)
Familiarity with WordPress CRM, Vimeo, and Google Workspace.
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams and recurring workflows independently.
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

Foundational knowledge of commercial film production and post production workflows.
Experience maintaining marketing calendars or project management trackers (e.g. Asana).
Chicago candidates preferred
