Responsibilities

• Upload images, copy, and SEO keywords to assigned PDPs.
• Proof content for accuracy and consistency across pages.
• Conduct competitor PDP sweeps and report findings to category leads.
• Collaborate with the team in the Philippines to improve workflow efficiency.
• Assist influencer specialist as needed.
• Organize content, performance screenshots, and reporting documentation.
• Support community management tasks (logging engagement, FAQs).
• Assist with mailing and organizing sample shipment to influencers.
• Provide status updates to Account Managers on assigned tasks.
• Document and share recurring issues or process gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review digital content for accuracy
• Comfortable following process documentation and checklists
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

• Internship or experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail media
• Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify
• Exposure to SEO, PDP optimization, or digital content management
• Experience collaborating with remote or international teams
• Experience organizing marketing assets or documenting processes
