Job Summary

Own the paid media engine with end to end ownership from planning through reporting, focusing on audience targeting, budgets and optimization across Meta, Google and programmatic buys.

  • Campaign execution: plan, launch, and optimize across major platforms with clear budget and tracking ownership.
  • Creative collaboration: load assets and build ad frameworks in tandem with the creative team.
  • Measurement feedback: translate campaign data into optimization actions and ROAS improvements.

Job Description

  • Plan, build, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic DSPs and additional platforms as needed.
  • Manage campaign setup, including audience targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, tracking, and ad trafficking.
  • Load up creative and build out ad frameworks while collaborating with the creative department on art needs.
  • Report on campaign success metrics and communicate effective optimization suggestions.
  • College graduate with 1- 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing focusing on Paid Digital Ad Platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Programmatic Buying)
  • Experince with launching campaigns across various Digital ad buying platforms
  • Must be certified in Meta Business Marketing Strategy
  • Must have at least two (2) Google Ads related Certifications
  • Knowledgeable about SEO best practices and implementation is a huge plus
  • Knowledge about Pixel/Tag tracking and implementation (Google Tag Manager and Meta Conversion API)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide insights and optimization recommendations
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of how to use Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
