Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Product Photography & Editing; Website Management; Marketing Campaigns.
• Operations & Inventory Management: Fulfillment & Shipping; Inventory Control; Logistics Coordination.
• Sales & Customer Support: Monitor online sales data; Provide exceptional customer service via email or chat regarding product inquiries and order status.
• End-to-end customer journey management from creating marketing content to managing storefront and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) or Canva.
• Experience with e-commerce backends (Shopify/Squarespace/WooCommerce).
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills, especially in handling small, high-value items (jewelry).
• Language: Professional proficiency in English; bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to switch between creative design tasks and physical warehouse/shipping tasks efficiently.
• Must be able to handle delicate jewelry items with care.
• Occasional lifting of shipping boxes (up to 20 lbs) may be required.
