Responsibilities

Manage content calendars and coordinate deadlines across creative teams
Publish and schedule content across website, email, and social platforms
Liaise between writers, designers, and marketing teams to keep projects on track
Proofread and quality-check all content before publishing
Track content performance and compile monthly engagement reports
Maintain organized content libraries and asset management systems

Requirements

High school diploma required; degree in communications or marketing preferred
Strong written communication and proofreading skills
Comfortable using content management systems and scheduling tools
Must pass a pre-employment background check
No prior content coordination experience required — training provided
Must be authorized to work in the United States
