Job Summary

Coordinate and enable cross-functional digital marketing and communications work within a DoD-focused environment, ensuring brand-aligned content and NDA protections while supporting both program-level and stakeholder-facing initiatives.

  • Responsibilities: Direct consulting on digital marketing, cross-team collaboration, content creation for digital signage, and compliance with AFRL/PA branding.
  • Governance and operations: NDA management and equipment/inventory support to sustain marketing operations.
  • Program enablement: Lead marketing initiatives and contribute to special projects with government partners and education/industry collaborators.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide digital marketing consultation to members, programs, and stakeholders as directed by the Government Representative.
  • Support professional marketing and mass communications activities.
  • Participate in communications and marketing initiatives aligned with strategic communication goals.
  • Lead and collaborate within teams of mass communications professionals.
  • Create, design, and edit digital signage content.
  • Ensure all developed products comply with AFRL/PA brand standards and related branding requirements.
  • Assist in the inventory and maintenance of studio audiovisual and computer-related equipment.
  • Support ordering, storing, coding, database entry, inventory tracking, and disposal of audiovisual/computer equipment.
  • Support additional projects within assigned skill sets, including writing continuity documents, attending or presenting at local eLearning symposiums, defining capabilities for potential customers, collaborating with local colleges and multi-service partners, supporting special projects as directed by the Government Representative.
  • Maintain a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) through the supporting company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, communications, or educational marketing.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams alongside graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals.
  • Experience with digital signage platforms, including understanding screen ratios, motion graphics, and optimal content duration.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Department of Defense branding and communication policies, including guidance such as The Tongue and Quill.
