Responsibilities

• Be a Creative Chameleon: Jump into photography, writing, video editing, or ad management wherever the team needs you.
• Master AI Tools: Lean into the future. You’ll use AI to streamline workflows, spark creative ideas, and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Execute Campaigns: Help take projects from “cool idea” to “live on the web.”

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, or related preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A “no task too small” attitude and a hunger to learn
• Must be based full-time in the Coachella Valley area
• Must live in the Coachella Valley area (between Palm Springs and Indio)
• Hybrid work location: Rancho Mirage, CA (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
• 25-40 hours/week
