Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate email marketing requests between regional marketers and the corporate marketing team using Marketo platform
  • Review, adjust, approve, and schedule email campaigns to ensure they meet brand standards and technical requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for email marketing workflow questions and troubleshooting, responding promptly to inquiries
  • Proactively coordinate cross-team communication to ensure messaging alignment and prevent email campaign scheduling conflicts
  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects, including email nurture campaigns, CRM data initiatives, and collaboration with web analytics team
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, CRM specialists, creative, digital marketing and analytics, as well as external marketing agencies
  • Proactively communicate project updates, timelines, deliverables, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders
  • Maintain organized project documentation and workflow processes
  • Field CRM-related inquiries from marketing team members and coordinate with cross-functional partners to provide answers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with emphasis on digital marketing or campaign coordination
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working cross-functionally
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive communicator who bridges gaps and sets clear expectations.
  • Self-starter with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving.

Preferred

  • Experience with Marketo marketing automation platform
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
  • Experience working with marketing agencies
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline marketing workflows
