Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging posts, graphics, videos, and promotional content.
- Film and edit short-form videos, including TikToks and Instagram Reels.
- Update website content, images, and text using Wix (no coding required).
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns and announcements.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, and office projects.
- Support basic computer-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Basic content creation and video editing skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Creative, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to assist with administrative duties
Preferred
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
- Familiarity with Wix or website content management
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic IT knowledge or troubleshooting skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish
