Job Summary

Own and manage the client relationship end to end, lead monthly performance reviews, and drive growth through new business opportunities while coordinating timelines and deliverables.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct monthly calls with each of your clients where you review budgets, KPIs and overall results
Manage the client relationship through effective communication, problem-solving, and responding to requests
Maintain (and post for team) accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions
Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
Identify ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities
Keep the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge
Ability to lift at least 15 lbs
Ability to sit for long periods of time

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred , but not required
2 years of experience minimum in an account manager or customer service role is required
Experience with internet leads or any internet lead generation is a MAJOR plus
Experience within insurance industry is a MAJOR plus
Experience or familiarity with a marketing agency or digital marketing overall is a MUST
Experience working with web development and SEO is a MAJOR plus
Experience working with G-suite products is a plus
Knowledge of social media management is a plus
Have certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics. Facebook Ads is a plus
Adept at working within a team of different people
