Job Summary
Own a multi-platform client ads portfolio and keep growth tight by owning onboarding, ongoing campaign optimization, and proactive reporting for several accounts.
- Client Growth & Campaign Execution: Own Yelp Ads, Google Ads, GBP, and Local Services campaigns, optimize performance, and present results.
- Relationship & Onboarding: Primary client contact, onboarding, ongoing satisfaction, and renewal protection.
- Business Development & Content Ops: Identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with creative/marketing teams, and support events content and lead-gen activities.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage client advertising accounts, including Yelp Ads, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Local Services campaigns
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution
- Conduct cold outreach to prospective clients through phone calls, email campaigns, networking, and other business development activities
- Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing client accounts
- Support client onboarding and relationship management
- Assist with networking events and business development initiatives
- Create or coordinate photo, video, and social media content when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (required)
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate marketing data, interpret campaign performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, advertising strategies, and campaign management
- Passion for marketing, advertising, and helping businesses grow
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Experience in marketing, advertising, agency environments, or related industries is preferred
- Experience with digital marketing platforms is a plus
Preferred
- Google Ads experience
- Yelp Advertising experience
- Experience with Google Business Profile and Local Services Ads
- Video editing experience using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects
- Photography and videography skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools
