Digital Marketing Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support your team members, providing assistance when needed and ensuring they deliver a positive client experience.
• Own client retention, satisfaction, and long-term relationships
• Monitor account performance, review reports, and educate clients on campaign results, opportunities, and next steps.
• Provide quality control and strategic oversight for accounts managed within your pod to ensure consistency and best practices.
• Partner with leadership on forecasting, capacity planning, and account load balancing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience in a digital marketing agency, preferably in CSM, Account Management, or Client Services.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving client retention
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability systems
• Experience managing KPIs, workflows, and client communication platforms
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle escalations effectively

Preferred

• Agency or SaaS customer success experience
• Experience with GoHighLevel, HelpScout, or ClickUp
• Background in retention strategy or client lifecycle management
• Experience managing remote or hybrid teams
• Familiarity with EOS® or structured operating systems
