Job Description
PH Wellness is hiring a results-driven digital marketer for our drug & alcohol treatment programs. This role is hands-on and compliance-heavy: you must know how to scale Google Ads and Local Services Ads in the rehab space while protecting the account and improving qualified admissions.
** We are not looking for an agency, we are hiring a direct hire person who is interested in scaling with our rapidly growing organization.
Must-have experience
- LegitScript + Google healthcare policy compliance for drug/alcohol rehab advertising (required)
- Google Ads (Search) with high-intent keyword strategy, negatives, query mining, and landing-page message match
- Call tracking + call scoring/QA; improving qualified call rate (not just volume)
- Landing page CRO (conversion rate optimization): testing, speed/UX improvements, and funnel refinement
- CRM integration + lead flow: Salesforce and/or Kipu (lead routing, lifecycle stages, data hygiene)
