- Website Management and SEO
- - Optimize website for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- - Update content with relevant keywords and ensure website is mobile-friendly.
- - Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for each community.
- - Monitor website traffic and conversion rate using Google Analytics.
- - Manage Digital Signages for each facility.
- Social Media Marketing
- - Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies leveraging AI-powered tools to increase campaign efficacy, improve audience targeting, and drive measurable ROI across SEO, SEM, social media and email/SMS channels.
- - Develop, execute and update marketing campaigns across social media, email and paid ads.
- - Create and schedule engaging posts about resident life, events and facility updates.
Requirements
- - Proven experience in digital and print advertising, with strong skills in Heygen Adobe Creative Suite, especially photoshop.
- - Experience in managing digital marketing and SEO campaigns, social media platforms, and traditional advertising channels.
- - Sample of your work/portfolio will be requested.
- - Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing low-volume sales and customer service calls.
- - Knowledge of web management tools like WIX and proficiency in AI driven content creation and customer service calls.
- - Prior remote work experience with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
