Responsibilities

• AI Content Pipelines: Leverage ChatGPT and Claude to script high-converting copy, engineer prompts, and outline patient education assets that ease dental anxiety.
• Synthetic Video & Audio Production: Deploy HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Nano Banana to produce scalable video ads, personalized video outreach, localized voiceovers, and dynamic educational reels.
• Targeted Growth Campaigns: Build, test, and optimize high-ROI paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google focused on dental implants and complex surgical cases.
• Funnel Optimization: Track the full patient journey—optimizing lead response time, cost per acquisition (CPA), consultation show-up rates, and patient reviews.

Requirements

• Hands-On AI Fluency: Daily experience executing marketing workflows with ChatGPT, Claude, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and creative AI tools like Nano Banana.
• Performance Marketing Track Record: Proven success running paid digital campaigns, conversion funnels, and performance creative.
• Empathetic Copywriting: Ability to translate intimidating surgical procedures into clear, warm, trust-building messaging.
• Compliance Mindset: Understanding of patient privacy and HIPAA standards in healthcare marketing.
