Job Summary

Own and scale a digital fundraising program by partnering with the digital team, driving process improvements, and delivering data-informed reporting to optimize performance.

  • Campaign operations: assist in the fundraising approval process and manage branding materials for campaigns.
  • Merchandising & branding: oversee the store and production of campaign visuals to support fundraising momentum.
  • Measurement & reporting: collaborate with the Finance Director to track metrics and translate data into actionable insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and management of digital fundraising approval process
  • Management of the merchandising store and production of campaign branding materials
  • Work with the digital team to grow and scale the digital fundraising program
  • Support the Finance Director in reporting on digital program metrics and performance

Requirements

  • Two cycles of campaign experience preferred but not necessary
  • Ties to Texas or knowledge of Texas politics and labor organizations preferred but not required
  • Interest in and knowledge of Democratic politics
  • Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail
  • Familiarity with GSuite tools, Microsoft tools, ActBlue, Numero, and NGP
  • Access to reliable transportation
