Job Summary

Own the content-optimization pipeline, translating platform analyses into actionable product-page improvements and guiding cross-functional teams through content changes from brief to execution.

  • Content Analysis: Identify opportunities across platforms and surface concrete recommendations for page improvements.
  • Content Decisions: Secure alignment on changes and manage brief submissions with Category teams.
  • Project Execution: Track tasks, coordinate ongoing work, and support additional duties as assigned.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct written and visual content analysis in technology platforms to identify opportunities for product page improvements
  • Present recommendations and secure feedback and alignment on products to undergo content changes
  • Develop written content recommendations based on tool recommendations and team feedback
  • Support the content creation process by assisting Category teams with brief submissions
  • Management of projects and tracking of completion of tasks by team members
  • May perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Education and Certification: Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar. However, other majors will be considered if applicant has relevant interests and skills
  • Junior or senior in college
  • Digitally savvy, with an interest in eCommerce space
  • Confident self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver with a positive mindset
  • Team player, willing and able to jump in to support coworkers and learn new skills
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to maintain a consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week, with the potential for full-time hours, between 8am-5pm Central Time Monday-Friday
  • ASAP through end of summer with the possibility of extension
