Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of DTC and B2B Shopify Plus storefronts, including product launches, promotions, catalog management, and pricing execution
• Leverage Shopify Plus tools and third-party integrations to automate workflows and enhance the customer experience
• Support Shopify POS operations for race events and brand activations, including inventory sync and on-site functionality
• Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including segmentation, automation, and journey management
• Maintain data integrity and audience management to ensure compliance and campaign performance
• Write and maintain Shopify theme code (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support a high-performing, brand-aligned storefront
• Identify and implement UX and conversion rate optimization improvements
• Build and maintain dashboards across GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Looker Studio to track key eCommerce KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development, or related field; AND at least three (3) years of direct Shopify Plus store management experience (DTC and/or B2B strongly preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder
• Proficiency in Liquid templating, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Shopify theme development
• The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise
