Job Summary
Own the creative content pipeline for MTH across capturing performances, fast-turnaround social content, and asset production while collaborating with leadership to keep the brand playful, authentic, and platform-native.
- Photography & Content Capture: own high quality photo/video capture across events with 24–48 hour turnaround for digital use.
- Social Content & Editing: produce platform-native short-form content and assemble assets with industry tools.
- Collaboration & Workflow: coordinate with leadership, manage multiple projects independently, and sustain a fast, stay-timely content calendar.
Job Description
Own the creative content pipeline for MTH across capturing performances, fast-turnaround social content, and asset production while collaborating with leadership to keep the brand playful, authentic, and platform-native.
- Photography & Content Capture: Capture high-quality photo and video content for use across digital platforms with a tight 24–48 hour turnaround during productions and events.
- Social Media Content Creation: Produce engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and related channels.
- Editing & Asset Production: Edit content into polished assets using Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Graphic Layout & Digital Assembly: Assemble assets into visually compelling layouts for social, digital displays, postcards, and email campaigns.
- Email Content Support: Build and distribute visually compelling email campaigns using existing branding and templates.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with leadership to generate ideas while preserving MTH's playful artistic tone.
- Content Turnaround: Maintain a fast workflow with publishing of photos and short-form videos within 24–48 hours when needed.
- Platform Awareness: Stay current with evolving social media trends and platform behaviors to maintain an active digital presence.
- Community Engagement: Support posting and audience interaction to sustain an engaging social community.
- Additional duties as assigned
