Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with marketing goals and target audience needs.
  • Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and enhance visibility.
  • Create accessible outreach materials
  • Engage with partners and communities through workshops, webinars, and events.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Analyze website and Hubsite performance using Google Analytics to inform future content strategies.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring posts across platforms.
  • Assist in the production of multimedia content including photography and videography for various campaigns.

Requirements

  • up to 50% travel time
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on content creation and management.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
  • Experience with copywriting for diverse formats including blogs, emails, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for effective engagement.
  • Experience with fact-to-face community outreach and engagement practices

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Spanish is desirable but not required.
  • Experience in video editing is desirable but not required.
  • Familiarity with natural resource adaptive management and community wildfire mitigation practices desirable but not mandatory
