Requirements

  • Strong skills in Press Releases and Writing with the ability to draft clear, accurate, and engaging content
  • Expertise in Communication and Strategic Communications to convey key messages and effectively reach target audiences
  • Experience in Media Relations, including engaging with journalists, managing inquiries, and building relationships with media professionals
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple communication tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a diverse team environment
  • Location: Plateau, WV (On-site)
  • Role requires being on-site in Plateau, WV as a full-time position

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge or experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or faith-based organization contexts is an advantage
