Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated campaign management partner for the vertical sales team.
- Apply industry-specific best practices to campaign structure, targeting, and optimization.
- Coach and support sales partners on product capabilities, vertical nuances, and campaign strategy.
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations to improve performance and reduce cancellations.
- Review and technically approve proposals built by sales strategists with the correct vertical lens.
- Guide sales on effective messaging and KPI alignment for vertical-specific tactics (programmatic, social, SEM, LSA, CTV, etc.).
- Assign targeting strategies based on industry trends, seasonality, and service-area considerations.
- Ensure all campaign elements are complete and accurate prior to launch (creative, pixels, goals, flighting).
- Compile insertion orders and coordinate trafficking with centralized buying teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between local markets and Ignite’s buying, analytics, and client services teams.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or media operations.
- Strong understanding of digital ad messaging best practices (does not create ads).
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting verticalized or industry-specific accounts is a plus.
- 4-year college degree or comparable work experience required.
