Job Summary

Own the core ad program for fundraising and voter outreach by planning, launching, and optimizing direct donation, acquisition, and voter contact campaigns, while keeping budgets in check and translating results into strategic improvements.

  • Campaign ownership: Direct donate, acquisition, and voter contact ads with performance-driven optimization.
  • Budgeting and analytics: Track spend across fundraising, acquisition, and voter contact campaigns and translate data into recommendations.
  • Creative collaboration: Work with designers and content teams to produce high-performing ads and clearly communicate outcomes to clients.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative, launch, and optimize direct donate and acquisition advertising campaigns
  • Assist with planning, set up, and optimizing voter contact advertising campaigns
  • Manage and track budgets for fundraising, acquisition, and voter contact advertising campaigns
  • Analyze program performance and contribute strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop compelling, high-performing ad creatives
  • Communicate directly with clients on campaign performance
Requirements
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms like Meta and Google
  • Experience working in political CRMs and data tools (NGP, Action Kit, Act Blue, etc) is preferred
  • Keen attention for detail AND creatively minded
  • Strong reputation for being a results-driven team player with a desire to exceed expectations
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and processes, and adapt to changing environments
  • Diligent, proactive, organized, and highly motivated with strong analytical skills
  • Flexibility to occasionally work weekends and evenings, especially as we gear up for peak election times and experience high volumes with our clients
