Responsibilities

• Jump in immediately — you know your craft and you'll help lead us in the best direction for advertising and lead generation from day one
• Build and manage our Amazon Store (Helium 10) — listings, keywords, PPC, and ranking strategy
• Create, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram video ad campaigns that generate real leads and sales
• Develop and execute our social media advertising strategy across platforms
• Drive immediate lead generation — paid, organic, and everything in between
• Oversee website performance — SEO, landing pages, and conversion optimization
• Track and report on analytics and KPIs so we always know what's working
• Assist with graphic design for ad creatives and brand content
• Help the team with packaging and shipping when needed — we all chip in
• Be available to travel when required — we're growing and opportunities arise

Requirements

• Real Amazon Seller Central & Helium 10 experience
• Hands-on Meta video ad experience — campaigns you built yourself
• A results-first, team-first mindset

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience with Google Ads, YouTube advertising, or email platforms
• Video editing or content creation skills
• Prior experience in healthcare, DME, or medical products (a big plus — not required)
