Job Summary

Own the end-to-end trafficking and optimization of digital campaigns across GAM and FreeWheel, with cross-functional ownership of delivery accuracy, measurement, and AI-assisted workflow improvements.

  • Traffic, activate, and optimize display, video, sponsorship, and integrated campaigns across multiple ad-serving platforms
  • Collaborate with Sales, AM, Ops, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate measurement, reporting, and smooth integrations
  • QA, delivery pacing, and issue resolution to hit campaign objectives

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Traffic, activate, and manage digital display, video, sponsorship, and integrated advertising campaigns across multiple ad-serving platforms
  • Configure campaign elements including creatives, ad tags, targeting, tracking pixels, delivery settings, and reporting requirements
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure campaigns launch accurately and render properly across devices, browsers, and environments
  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, inventory utilization, and performance to ensure successful execution and fulfillment of campaign objectives
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data, partner objectives, and key performance indicators while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to implement tracking solutions, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure accurate measurement and reporting
  • Generate and distribute campaign reporting while investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving delivery issues, discrepancies, and technical challenges
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Operations teammates to translate campaign requirements into successful execution
  • Analyze campaign delivery, inventory utilization, and operational performance trends, providing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and partner outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies, privacy regulations, industry standards, and brand guidelines

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, including campaign trafficking and ad operations responsibilities
  • Required experience trafficking and managing campaigns within both Google Ad Manager (GAM) and FreeWheel
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, including display, video, sponsorship, targeting, measurement, and campaign optimization
  • Experience working with third-party ad-serving vendors, tracking technologies, pixels, verification tools, attribution platforms, and reporting systems
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets), and AI-powered productivity tools
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Sales and partner-facing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, campaign management, reporting processes, communication, and operational effectiveness while maintaining quality standards
