Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, and community centers to introduce our dental programs
- Coordinate presentations and community events
- Build relationships with administrators and referral sources
- Follow up with leads and maintain marketing database
- Answer phones professionally and convert calls into appointments
- Manage patient scheduling efficiently
- Follow up on treatment plans and unscheduled treatment
- Verify insurance benefits when needed
Requirements
- Experience in dental office
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident speaking in public settings
- Strong phone skills and ability to convert inquiries into appointments
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a must
