Job Description

Responsibilities

Be on camera for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, promotional videos, and educational dental content
Create fun, engaging, and professional social media content inside the dental office
Showcase smile transformations, services, promotions, office culture, and patient experiences
Interview dentists, team members, and participating patients for social media content
Help develop creative ideas, trends, scripts, and concepts for videos
Represent the dental practice as a friendly and professional brand ambassador
Engage with followers and help build our online community
Assist with filming behind-the-scenes content and special events
Stay current with Instagram and TikTok trends and adapt them appropriately for a dental/healthcare brand
Work closely with our marketing and dental team to maintain a consistent brand image

Requirements

Extremely comfortable and natural on camera
Friendly, energetic, charismatic, and personable
Well-spoken with strong communication skills
Professional and polished in appearance and presentation
Creative and knowledgeable about social media trends
Comfortable approaching and speaking with patients and staff
Reliable, organized, and able to take initiative
Interested in beauty, cosmetic dentistry, wellness, lifestyle, or social media
Previous experience in social media, content creation, hosting, modeling, sales, hospitality, marketing, or brand ambassador work is a plus, but personality and on-camera presence are extremely important for this position.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
