Job Description

Own the strategic direction of cross-channel paid media programs for mid-market and enterprise clients, setting the overall approach across search, social, and emerging channels rather than executing a single tactic
Serve as the senior point of contact for multiple clients, managing their paid media strategy and ensuring their satisfaction at the executive level
Host bi-weekly strategic reviews with client leadership, answer questions on Slack, and present monthly and quarterly performance reports that connect spend to business outcomes
Develop and lead comprehensive, cross-channel campaign plans, aligning enterprise business goals with the right mix of paid media strategies
Provide strategic direction on the type of content clients should promote, where to promote it, and how to optimize it across channels for best results
Analyze data from paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and translate their impact on CRM metrics in systems like HubSpot and Salesforce into strategic recommendations
Use insights from data analysis to guide cross-channel strategy pivots and improve performance at scale
Lead coordination with Senior Paid Media Managers and Graphic Designers to ensure campaign execution reflects the broader strategic direction
