Responsibilities

• Outbound Campaigns: Execute outbound email programs to target audiences across TrueRoll's geographic markets — managing contact lists, writing copy, monitoring performance, and iterating based on results.
• Account-Based Marketing: Execute regional ABM programs targeting priority counties and accounts — coordinating personalized outreach, content, and event activity around specific geographies and account lists.
• Conferences and Events: Manage TrueRoll's conference and event calendar from selection through post-event follow-up, including pre-event outreach, logistics, attendee list management, and SDR coordination.
• Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns across email, events, and digital channels — managing audience selection, scheduling, deployment, and reporting.
• Webinar and Content Support: Support webinar programs end to end — promotion, registration management, and engagement tracking.
• CRM and Data Management: Collaborate with the devops and sales team to maintain clean, accurate contact data in HubSpot — tagging, segmentation, list management, and ensuring the sales team has full visibility into what outreach contacts have received.
• SDR Coordination: Own the handoff process from marketing activity to SDR follow-up, ensuring warm leads are passed with the context needed for a relevant first conversation.
• Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activity across all channels — what is working, what is not, and where to focus.
• AI-Assisted Execution: Actively use AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your work — from researching accounts and drafting outreach copy to analyzing campaign performance and streamlining repetitive tasks

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a marketing, demand generation, or lead generation role
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work to improve speed, output quality, and efficiency — this is a requirement, not a nice to have
• Experience running outbound email programs — list management, copywriting, performance monitoring, and iteration
• Experience coordinating conferences or events — logistics, pre and post-event outreach, and follow-up workflows
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
• Strong written communication — clear and concise across outreach copy, event coordination, and internal updates
• Highly organized and self-directed — you manage multiple programs and deadlines without needing close oversight
• Collaborative and reliable — the sales team depends on you for accurate, timely handoffs
• Experience executing account-based marketing programs — regional or geographic ABM preferred
• Experience marketing to government, public sector, or regulated industries is a plus
