Responsibilities

• Drive Pipeline Across the Funnel
• Build and execute integrated demand campaigns that generate new pipeline, engage buying groups, and accelerate existing opportunities.
• Develop distinct strategies for pipeline creation and acceleration, tailoring audiences, content, channels, and calls to action based on where buyers are in their journey.
• Partner with Sales to understand account and pipeline priorities and identify opportunities for targeted engagement.
• Own Digital Channel Strategy & Performance
• Own the strategy and performance of paid media, email, nurture, web, and emerging demand channels, connecting them into cohesive cross-channel programs.
• Direct agency execution across paid media and email, setting audience, channel, investment, testing, and performance expectations while holding partners accountable to pipeline outcomes.
• Own paid media, email, and nurture strategy and performance, continuously optimizing audience segmentation, engagement, conversion, and progression through the funnel.
• Identify and test new channels, tactics, and approaches to expand reach and improve demand performance.
• Build Integrated Campaigns

Requirements

• 5–8 years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related experience, preferably in healthcare/health tech or another complex B2B environment.
• Demonstrated experience building integrated demand programs that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong knowledge of paid media and email strategy and performance, with experience effectively managing agencies or external partners.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using funnel and campaign data to diagnose performance, develop hypotheses, and make investment recommendations.
• Hands-on experience using AI to improve campaign development, personalization, analysis, experimentation, or marketing workflows.
• Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills, with the ability to turn strategy into action and independently drive programs forward.
