You will own field outreach to daycare centers, presenting Emergency Childcare Services and collecting lead information while maintaining a professional, friendly company presence.

Lead on-site visits to local daycare centers
Document needs and relay details to the office for follow-up

Job Description

Responsibilities

Visit local daycare centers in assigned areas
Introduce Emergency Childcare Services to directors and administrators
Explain our substitute staffing and permanent placement services
Distribute flyers and business cards
Ask questions about each center's current staffing needs
Collect director names, emails, phone numbers, and other contact information
Identify centers interested in learning more about our services
Keep accurate records of each visit
Provide information to our office team for follow up
Represent our company in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements

Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching new people
Strong verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Self motivated and dependable
Comfortable working independently in the field
Organized and able to document visits accurately
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid driver's license
Experience working in childcare or communicating with daycare directors is a plus

Preferred

Sales, marketing, childcare, community outreach, or customer service experience preferred
