Job Summary

Own and coordinate direct mail and email programs with internal teams, ensuring data integrity and accurate execution, while learning and testing new campaigns and systems in a casino marketing context.

Direct Mail & Email Operations: own the creative process, data hygiene, and campaign execution.
Analytics & Compliance: gather data for program analysis and ensure regulatory and policy adherence.
Program Enablement: assist with building tools, list generation, and cross functional marketing tooling to support campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate the direct mail and email creative process with internal agency.
Responsible for database cleansing, testing and integrity checks.
Assists in developing new marketing campaigns.
Test new marketing systems as required.
Ensure accuracy of all mailings and emails.
Assists with building programs in other supporting Marketing tools as well as list generations, program execution, data validation, troubleshooting, etc.
Assists in gathering data used for analysis of Direct Mail Programs, Events, Promotions, and any other Marketing functions.
Understands and explains programs to customers and emphasizes the rewards and benefits of the Loyalty Card Program to promote customer retention.
Complies with all Departmental and Company Policies including Ocean Casino Resort business ethics guidelines.
Complies with all New Jersey regulatory requirements.
