Responsibilities

- Prepare customers for their design consultation.
- Maintain communication throughout the customer journey.
- Update customer records in ServiceMinder.
- Follow up after appointments and completed projects.
- Schedule consultations.
- Prepare financing paperwork and contracts.
- Follow up on outstanding proposals.
