We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team, supporting face-to-face customer engagement campaigns across New York. This is a full-time, on-site role working at events, pop-ups, and promotional locations.

It’s a practical, people-focused position suited to someone who is comfortable dealing with customers day-to-day, can stay organised in busy environments, and approaches their work in a clear and professional way.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers directly at events and promotional sites
• Provide clear, accurate information about products and services
• Handle questions or concerns in a calm, professional manner
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and communication at all times
• Support event setup and general day-to-day operations on-site
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery
• Contribute to a positive customer experience from first interaction through to completion

About You

• Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with a wide range of people
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in both attitude and appearance
• Able to stay focused and organised in fast-paced environments
• Willing to learn and take on feedback
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is beneficial, but not essential
