Customer Service Representative | Full-Time
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Immediate Start | $825 - $1150 OTE, Paid Weekly!
Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional experiences? Do you enjoy working in dynamic, face-to-face environments where no two days are the same? We’re expanding our customer-focused team in Minneapolis and are seeking motivated individuals ready to grow in a hands-on Customer Service Representative role.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, representing respected brands, and making a positive impact through every interaction.
This is not a desk-based role or call center position.
It is an engaging, people-first opportunity built around communication, service, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for customers
  • Represent nationally known clients at event locations across the MN region including sporting events, retail stores, product launches and pop up event locations
  • Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and current promotions
  • Address questions or concerns with empathy and solution-focused communication
  • Create positive customer experiences that build trust and brand loyalty
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive team to meet service and performance goals
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to support future campaigns
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop customer service and communication skills
