Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, Realtors, and partners through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Assist with lead generation and networking to support business growth
- Schedule home inspections accurately and communicate clearly with clients and inspectors
- Respond promptly to client inquiries to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Provide administrative and data entry support to keep operations running smoothly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to help strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities
Requirements
- Excellent phone and communication skills, with a customer-first approach
- Previous experience in sales, scheduling, or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus
