Skillbridge Academy is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional support to clients, students, and partners. Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers in person, by phone, and through email.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver effective solutions.
• Process requests and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Build positive relationships by delivering a high standard of customer care.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office support as needed.
