Job Summary

Drive call-center customer support by answering inbound calls and guiding users through Division processes.

  • Respond to inquiries, communicate Driver License Division information, and help users complete forms and applications using the agency database.
  • Offer accurate, respectful assistance, resolve complaints, and apply rules and procedures to deliver compliant outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • provide customer service in a call center environment by responding to inbound phone calls.
  • interact with customers to communicate information about all aspects of the Driver License Division in response to questions from the public.
  • assist with questions which will range from very basic to very complex, including information about products and services the division provides.
  • have extensive knowledge and understanding of the agency database and exercise judgment while applying a comprehensive knowledge of pertinent rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • handle customer complaints and offer suitable solutions.
  • provide the public and others with information and assistance to complete forms and applications.
