Responsibilities

  • Represent clients at live promotional events
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service in person
  • Engage with community members to answer questions, offer information, and build brand awareness - sales
  • Ensure event setup, presentation, and interactions meet client standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily goals

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to commute to Louisville, KY office Mon-Fri

Preferred

  • Previous customer service, sales, marketing or retail experience is a plus (not required)
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn
