Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop customer acquisition funnels across paid and organic channels
• Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign performance
• Assist with launch campaigns, partnerships, and promotional initiatives
• Create and oversee digital marketing strategies across search, social, and email
• Identify growth opportunities and scalable acquisition channels
• Coordinate with operations and leadership teams on marketing initiatives
• Help establish Bagzee’s brand presence within the travel industry

Requirements

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results
• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and attribution
• Experience with Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and retargeting preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to operate independently
• Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
