Own CRO strategy and relationship management for Shopify storefronts, driving measurable optimization for client brands.

  • Design and run A/B tests and personalization to improve storefront UX.
  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or strategy in eCommerce.
  • Trusted partner for a portfolio of Shopify brands with a startup-scale, results-driven environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute A/B testing and personalization strategies that drive real results across their storefront and improve their users experience.
  • Implement technical and intricate site experiences, and monitor performance through website analytics
  • Own end-to-end relationships with your portfolio of brands—serving as their trusted partner, CRO consultant, problem-solver, and advocate

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategy roles - ideally in eCommerce
  • 2+ years in product or analytics
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital platforms, analytics tools, and new software
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS - strong advantage
