Responsibilities

• Draft and execute A/B tests and other experiments to improve conversion rates on ecommerce websites.
• Develop and implement profit optimization strategies tailored to individual clients.
• Conduct performance optimization analyses to identify and rectify bottlenecks.
• Provide industry-specific recommendations to enhance client ecommerce experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and solution architect team to identify opportunities within our client base.
• Utilize CRO audits as a tool to attract and acquire new clients for Absolute Web.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRO and ecommerce optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the ecommerce industry, specifically in CRO.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and other CRO tools.
• Experience with profit optimization and performance optimization strategies.
• Ability to provide actionable, industry-specific recommendations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Highly proactive and passionate about client success and revenue growth.
• Experience working with marketing and solution architect teams is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with hybrid options for Miami-based candidates.
