Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, and overall data structure
  • Build, maintain, and optimize automations and integrations across tools such as Zapier and other connected platforms
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance through regular audits and cleanup
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into pipeline, performance, and key business metrics
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that reduce manual work and support scalability
  • Oversee and optimize internal tools across communication, production, and operational platforms
  • Monitor integrations, proactively identify issues, and troubleshoot or coordinate with vendors and developers to resolve them
  • Support system enhancements and new feature rollouts, including testing and implementation
  • Create and maintain clear documentation of systems, workflows, and best practices
  • Help establish and maintain standards for system structure, usage, and ongoing improvements

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM management, systems administration, or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Experience with automation and integration tools such as Zapier or similar platforms
  • Experience managing multiple SaaS tools and ensuring systems work together effectively
  • Strong ability to organize, document, and improve processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and solve problems independently
  • Comfortable working across teams and translating needs into practical system solutions
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of work
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred

  • Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation
  • Exposure to system migrations or implementing new platforms
